When possible, final products are in service of an outside organization or need in the community. Final products take on many forms such as books, performances, public presentations, or museum exhibits: 1st graders created permanent exhibit panels for the Native Peoples of the Americas exhibit at the Rochester Museum and Science Center 3rd graders produced a“finish the drawing” coloring book for the Sam Patch, a local Erie Canal boat boat 5th graders wrote biographies of local immigrants and choreographed movement pieces depicting their life 6th graders constructed an Adobe Spark page as part of a year-long study of equity in the community Noche de exposiciones Each class presents its final product, along with other projects and performances, before an audience of families and community members at Exhibition Night. Each class hosts three Exhibition Nights per school year, typically including: productions of plays, informational panels, planetarium sky shows, simulations, and interactive learning stations.
