Kindergarten Orientation Night for Parents/Caregivers:

• Monday, August 26th from 6:30pm-7:30pm (immediately following Open House)
• Information session and Q&A with Christine Farrell (School Director) and the Kindergarten teachers
• Reserved for Kindergarten families only
• We will have childcare available for this portion of the evening

Kindergarten Orientation for Students:

• Tuesday, September 3rd
• One morning session (9am-10:30am) and one afternoon session (12:30pm-2pm) to choose from
• For students only; we ask that parents do not stay
• We understand that securing transportation for your child on this day may be a challenge, so please know that your child will not be marked absent on this day if they do not attend

Exhibition Night Week (Fall):

• Exhibition Nights to be held the week of November 18th-22nd
• Specific dates & times for each grade level TBD

Family Conferences (Fall):

• To be held by appointment only on Friday, December 6th
• Caregivers will be able to sign up via SignUpGenius
• Family Conferences are not mandatory; you may request to meet with your child’s teachers or they may request to meet with you
• Students will be dismissed at 11:45am (no lunch served) on this day to allow time for conferences in the afternoon

Student-Led Conferences (SLCs):

• To be held by appointment only on Wednesday, January 29th (Lunar New Year) and Thursday, January 30th
• Caregivers will be able to sign up via SignUpGenius
• Students must be present as they will each lead their conference and present their academic progress to their families and caregivers
• There will be no school on January 29th, but school will be in session on January 30th (with 11:45am early dismissal; no lunch served) to allow time for SLCs

Exhibition Night Week (Winter):

• Exhibition Nights to be held the week of March 12th-19th
• Specific dates & times for each grade level TBD

Passage Ceremony:

• Date, time, and location TBD (will be either June 24th or June 25th)
• To include graduation/moving-up ceremony and final presentations from all students
• Students will be dismissed after the ceremony

Last Day of School for Students:

• Wednesday, June 25th
• All students will be dismissed at 12pm (no lunch served)
