Employment Opportunities

The teachers at Genesee Community Charter Schools work in team-teaching, inclusion settings, and plan and teach all core subject areas through the lens of local history and science topics using the GCCS curriculum framework, New York State Next Generation Learning Standards using the EL Education model. We trust our teachers to create memorable, rigorous, and high-quality learning experiences for all students. Our teachers, like our students, belong to a close-knit community where we take risks, challenge and support one another, and embrace the opportunity to improve our craft.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are important GCCS values to our community. Genesee Community Charter Schools value the importance of diversifying our staff to mirror the racial, ethnic, linguistic, and economic diversity of the students we serve.
